Our referral fees grow with the relationship: 30% on your first referral, 35% on your second, and 40% on your third and beyond. Every fee is agreed in writing between our brokerages before we make any contact with your client, and paid promptly through the brokerages at closing.
We reach out within one business day of the referral agreement being in place. If your client is on a tight timeline, call us directly and we'll move faster — we regularly work with relocating families who need answers the same day.
We serve the entire Treasure Valley: Eagle, Star, Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Middleton, Payette, New Plymouth, and Emmett. If your client is headed somewhere in Idaho outside our coverage area, we'll connect them with a vetted agent there instead — and tell you honestly that we did.
