Pammy Malmberg brings more than 35 years of accounting, finance, operations, and industrial safety experience to real estate, along with 32 years of living in the Treasure Valley. She spent 14 years working alongside engineering and surveying professionals at CK3, LLC, and has worked in banking, lending, and mortgages with firsthand exposure to title and the closing process. That background means she understands the financial and logistical pieces of a transaction before they turn into surprises for her clients.
Her work ethic started early. At 12 she was working in her grandmother's restaurants, and through high school and college she kept the books for an Oregon fishing bait company while supervising employees twice her age. Later she helped more than 35 small businesses set up bookkeeping systems and train their teams, and served as safety coordinator for an industrial operation with nearly 300 employees. Her approach has always been the same: get in and work alongside the people doing the job.
Community has always mattered to Pammy. She has been active with Chambers of Commerce, Rotary, and the American Business Women's Association, volunteered with Ducks Unlimited across the Treasure Valley for nearly a decade, and spent about seven years supporting youth cheerleading at the Idaho Center. Showing up has always been the point.
Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two and enjoys time with family and friends, game nights, camping, fishing, softball, and volleyball.
For Pammy, real estate comes down to people. Whether you are buying your first home, selling, or planning your next move, she brings attention to detail, honest communication, and steady advocacy from start to finish, and stays a resource long after closing.
