She brought over comparables to the home we were selling and it gave a us a very fair price, plus showed us the closely estimated closing costs. She immediately set up the staging of the home and explained to us how we could fine tune the home to bring more activity to the home. We had offers nearly instantaneously and sold the home at our price and had a quick close of escrow. This whole experience with Denise was just unbelievable. Let me tell you about Robin- she helped us so much and went above and beyond. We moved from Alaska to Nampa. Robin went to houses to do video for us- she made sure that if we had any questions, they were answered. She measured spaces for us as we bought our house without physically doing a walk through- she was our eyes and ears.
