Garden City

Located in Ada County, only 2 miles NW of Boise, this city is the one to watch right now for new development and affordability closest to Boise. It sits directly on the Boise River and connects to the cherished Boise Greenbelt. Walk along this gorgeous paved path on the river and see why the city got its name. With the gardens that grow on the river banks, wildlife, and beautiful scenery, it is an outdoor oasis in the middle of the city. Garden City has a population of around 12,000 and is expanding quickly. It is becoming a trendy city known for its many craft breweries and wineries.
