Garden Valley

Garden Valley is a beautiful small town just an hour’s drive north of Boise and the Treasure Valley. It lies in the middle of a mountain valley formed by the Payette River and the Rocky Mountains. This peaceful small community features endless outdoor sports and recreation options and is one of those gems that make Boise and surrounding areas extraordinarily desirable. “Just like living in a postcard,” according to one resident who says most people have 2nd homes or are retirees here. Garden Valley is just as beautiful as the name suggests. With gorgeous mountain views and 5000 miles of trails surrounding the area, you can find outdoor activities no matter the season, such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, hunting, hiking, and beautiful natural and commercial hot springs. No matter what time of year you decide to visit, there will be gorgeous views and activities for the whole family. It is a small community with less than 2,000 people and is excellent for people who love the outdoors and don’t want neighbors!
