With over two decades of real estate experience, Ron Lippa brings a unique blend of industry expertise, leadership, and lifestyle-driven service to his clients. Ron began his career in 2002 and went on to serve as Vice President of Real Estate Sales for Flip or Flop, the hit HGTV series starring Tarek El Moussa, from 2012 to 2018. His background gives him an insider’s understanding of both the investment and residential sides of the market.
In 2020, Ron relocated to Idaho in search of a slower pace of life, a closer connection to nature, and a better quality of life for his family. That decision has fueled his passion for helping others make the same move—whether it’s relocating from out of state, finding their dream home, or selling their current one.
Now based in the Treasure Valley, Ron specializes in working with buyers and sellers across the region, with a particular focus on relocation. He brings hands-on knowledge of Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle, school systems, and housing trends to every client experience.
When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find Ron training in jiu-jitsu, restoring classic cars, hiking Idaho’s mountain trails, paddle boarding, camping, or exploring America’s natural beauty and history with his two children. His daughter begins her journey at Boise State University this fall, pursuing a career in dental hygiene, while his son enters his junior year of high school.
