We had decided to relocate from Washington and were encouraged to look at Idaho by friends. Shortly afterward we received an email explaining Joe & Denise’ relocation services and decided to complete their information form. Joe contacted us immediately and we discussed what we were looking for. We arranged to take a few days to explore the area with Joe, and fell in love with Idaho. He had listened well to our needs and wants, because he showed us homes that were almost perfect the first visit. Denise stepped in one day for a few hours to fill in when Joe had a prior commitment, and she was equally helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. They shared useful information on life here in Idaho, which was so helpful.

On our second visit the following month, Joe knocked it out of the park finding us the perfect new home that met our extensive list of needs and wants in the little town of Middleton. Joe submitted our offer that day, and called us that afternoon to let us know it had been accepted. He was there all the way, ushering us through the closing process using remote signing software that made a usually onerous process a breeze, dealing with inspections and final details while we packed, keeping us informed all the way. He even helped us find a great realtor to sell our home in Washington and offered to check our mail until we could get packed and moved! The whole process was fun, informative, and smooth. Who says that about the home buying? Joe is the consummate professional, a great listener, and a really great guy we are now proud to call our friend.
