One of the many excellent professional qualities of Joe is his intentional focus on providing catered service for each homebuyer's unique situation. Because we were moving long-distance and opted to home-shop during a weekend trip to Meridian before actually moving here, Joe considered our short timeframe. He called us several times leading up to our trip yo plan and made a comprehensive three-ring binder containing a list of houses we would tour and the local brochures that were most helpful. He also planned the most efficient route for us to see as many houses as we wanted each day. Joe picked us up each day and drove around most of the metro area showing us potential homes and giving us a good understanding of what each town and neighborhood offered; so, we could make the best choice for our family. By the third day, we had found our home, made an offer, and secured a contract (which Joe meticulously helped us negotiate).

When you're making a big sale such aa your house you want some one who you can talk through your questions with and actually walk away with the information you needed. She comes highly recommended.
